4 oz butter (120g)
¾ cup sugar
1 cup plain flour
1 level teaspoon cream of tartar
1 ½ teaspoon soda (bi-carb)
1 cup coconut
1 cup, oatmeal
1 dessertspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon golden syrup
1 egg
Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla, golden syrup and
egg. Mix well, then add dry ingredients. Put teaspoons on tray and bake in
moderate oven (180 degrees C) until browned on top.
