Crunchy Pork Grill

This was amazing! It had the perfect flavour combination of peanuts, coriander and chilli and complemented the pork perfectly. It would be lovely on chicken or steak as well.


2 pork loin chops
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
½ teaspoon ground coriander
Pinch chilli powder
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon curry powder

Season pork with pepper and cook under a medium hot griller for about 5-7 minutes each side, depending on thickness. Combine the remaining ingredients and spread lightly over each side of pork during the final cooking stages. Serve with potato salad and tossed green salad.

Note: I only spread the mixture over one side as I didn't want it to fall off when turned. I served it with Grandma's German Potato Salad (post to come).
